Debra has significant marketing and management experience gained during her time as a European broker manager and as head of a £multi-million global business. She creatively integrates this practical business background with the resources of an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and professional training in both marketing and HR. With a prestigious client list including blue chip organisations, academic institutions and entrepreneurs, her results are both outstanding and measurable.

With a Diploma in Performance Coaching for Business and a certificate in Life Coaching, Debra is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and is a certified NLP Practitioner.

Her passion for people development sees her working dynamically to invoke constructive evolution on a company-wide and individual basis. Debra uses a range of exciting and powerful tools and methodologies, including Clarify Embody Achieve – a unique mechanism conceived and developed by Debra and drawn directly from some 15 years’ experience of personal and leadership development.
